Brad has been a regular volunteer with the ReStore Santa Clara since the fall of 2017, when he took leave from his supply chain job at Cisco.
ReStore provided an opportunity for Brad to get physical activity and utilize his professional skills. Since his “retirement,” Brad has contributed three to four days every week to volunteer with ReStore.
Brad is extraordinarily handy! He fixes things to keep them out of landfills, gets involved in construction projects, and helps organize new donations coming through the warehouse. He also takes on the occasional art project, like his lamp-socket masterpiece (right)! Brad has been an incredible asset to ReStore Santa Clara in the last 18 months.
We are so grateful for Brad’s dedication to Habitat for Humanity ReStore! His work helps us divert waste and fund the construction of affordable homes in the Bay Area.
